中文摘要: 多环芳烃(PAHs)气溶胶与大气氧化剂的非均相反应过程是其在大气中的主要迁移、转化途径,但对此过程的反应机理、动力学机制和环境健康影响仍不清楚。而此过程中生成的活性氧物质(ROS)反应中间体或产物,不仅与非均相反应的物理、化学过程密切相关,还可以直接反映此过程的环境健康效应,因此,测定非均相反应过程中的ROS及其影响因素,为进一步探索PAHs气溶胶非均相反应的化学机理和动力学机制提供理论依据,也为研究大气颗粒物非均相反应的环境健康效应提供基础数据。然而,以往有关非均相反应的研究很少涉及到ROS。因此,本课题研究大气中6种典型PAHs在不同基质、不同温度和湿度条件下的非均相反应,测定这些反应中颗粒相ROS的浓度,并与反应动力学参数、反应产物信息相关联,确定影响颗粒相ROS浓度变化的关键因素,探索不同PAHs非均相反应的动力学和化学机制。

英文摘要: There have been a number of studies that have investigated the heterogeneous reaction of surface-bound polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) with atmospheric oxidants.However,our understandings of their kinetics, molecular mechanisms, and adverse health effects are still incomplete.Recent studies suggested that reactive oxygen species (ROS) can be generated during the processes of heterogeneous reaction and play a key role in the chemical transformation.In addition, ROS, as a media, can bridge the gap from atmospheric particles pollution to health outcomes.However, neither the concentration and composition, nor the influencing factors of ROS during the heterogeneous reaction processes have been well addressed. In this study, the production of ROS from the heterogeneous reaction of aerosol-associated PAHs with O3, NO2,OH and NO3 radicals will be measured.The relationships between ROS concentration,reaction kinetics parameters,yeilds of reaction products,substrates,temperature and humidity will be analyzed to understand effect factors of ROS production.This research will enable us to gain insight on the kinetics,molecular mechanisms, and adverse health effect of heterogeneous reaction.
