中文摘要: 提出了用生物质碳制备氧化石墨烯片层及其复合材料新方法。在低于1600℃的条件下对混有催化剂的生物质木粉进行炭化和石墨化处理。依据OberLinde的"四步转化模型",优化XRD的晶体参数d002、Lc、La和拉曼ID/IG比值,将炭化物结构控制在二维有序乱层炭阶段。选择表面表面活性剂、温和氧化剂、低温插层发泡剂、水和二维有序炭化物形成悬浮体系,在微波作用下分步进行氧化反应和氧化石墨烯片层剥离。研究配比对悬浮体系稳定性、剥离片层尺寸、反应程度和产率的影响;研究pH值、电位和微波强度对剥离效果的影响。合成不同软段长度不同分子量的端基含异氰酸酯的聚氨酯,预处理氧化石墨烯片层,以此作为填料制备MC尼龙-6和聚双酚芴双胺型苯并噁嗪为基体的两种复合材料。研究软段长度和反应程度对其分散性和相容性的影响;研究片层尺寸、分散性和相容性对复合材料力学性能的影响。

英文摘要: Novel methods have been proposed for preparing graphene oxide sheets and their composite material by use of biomass carbon.Under less than 1600 ℃, biomass wood powder mixed with catalyst will be carbonized and graphitezed.According to OberLinde "four steps transformation model"and optimizing the crystal parameters d002, Lc , La and Raman ID/IG ratio, the carbon structure will be controled in 2d orderly phase. Choosing surfactants, mild oxidant, low temperature intercalated foaming agent,water and 2d orderly carbon and obtaining suspension system by stirring , oxidation reaction and exfoliating of graphene oxide sheets will be conducted in the microwave field.The effects of feed ratio on the suspension system stability , exfoliated graphene sheet sizes , oxidation reaction degree and the productivity will be studied;the effects of pH value, potential and microwave intensity on exfoliating results will be discussed .Synthesising different length of soft segment and different molecular isocyanate-terminated polyurethane and pretreating the sheets, two kinds of nanocomposite materials will be fabricated respectively for both the matrix ,MC nylon 6 and polymer of Bisphenol Fluorene diamine benzoxazine.
