中文摘要: 提出一种新型合理的定子永磁型容错电机结构-轴向磁场磁通切换容错电机。电机采用双定子、单转子结构和混合励磁方式,结构简单、紧凑,功率密度和转矩密度高,永磁体与电励磁绕组提供的两套励磁源,增加了起动转矩,拓宽了调速范围,独特的容错结构设计提高了系统的容错性能。项目研究其新型结构、设计原则、电磁特性、参数准确计算和控制方法,开展电机的电磁设计和优化设计,探求电机及控制系统的稳态和瞬态性能分析的普遍方法,电动机电枢电流、励磁电流协调控制和在线效率优化方法,故障后的容错控制策略,构建以dSPACE为核心的硬件控制平台,制定满足不同性能要求的电机控制规律,进行试验研究,解决定子永磁型轴向磁场容错电机设计、控制系统可靠性等关键技术问题,凝练科学问题,为后续研究和应用奠定基础。该定子永磁型轴向磁场容错电机的研制成功,将为电动汽车驱动系统提供新的备选方案,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: This project comes up with a novel fault-tolerant machine with permanent magnets in the stators which is termed as axial field flux-switching fault tolerant(AFFSFT) machine for electric vehicle applications. Incorporated the advanced features of dual stators,one rotor and hybrid excitation, the machine combines the advantages of simple structure and high power/torque density.The two sets of excitation sources including the permanent magnets and the electrically excited winding are provided, and this increases the starting torque and the adjustable speed range of AFFSFT machine. Meanwhile, the fault-tolerant performance of the machine is greatly improved due to the specific structure design. This project aims at studying and analyzing the new topology, design principles, electromagnetic characteristics, accurate calculation of the parameters and the control method of the electric machines. We will extend the research to various aspects including the electromagnetic and optimal design of the machine,the general method of the steady and transient performance analysis of the machine and its control system, the coordination control of the armature and the DC excitation current and the on-line efficiency optimization method, and the fault remedial strategy.
