中文摘要: 分布式发电技术作为大电网的有益补充,给配电网带来一系列积极的影响;同时,也由各微源自身特性、接入模式,及其控制运行模式的差异,直接影响配电网的供电质量。本项研究以分布式发电系统组成的微网及其所接入配电网为研究对象,以保证配电网的供电质量与可靠性为目标,从不同微源的能源动态特性出发,紧紧围绕含微网配电系统的电能质量问题产生原因及危害形式、评估策略与控制补偿方法,以及运行安全稳定性等若干关键问题,探索微电网与大电网相互作用的机理,提出适用于含微网配电网的电能质量评估体系与控制框架,开发相关电能质量控制与补偿算法,并通过物理仿真及现场试验加以验证。为合理利用分布式电源,提高含微网配电网的供电质量提供理论与技术支持。由于直接面向智能电网建设中需要解决的难点问题,本项研究具有极大的应用价值。

英文摘要: The grid gets all kinds of convenices from the development of distribution generation (DG) technology. Meanwhile, the power quailty of distribution system has been affected by the DGs owing to the different haracteristics and operation modes of the micro source. The research focuses on the distribution system including micro-grid, and takes the quality and reliability of power supply as goal. Based on the dynamic characteristics of different micro sources, the key problems in the distribution system which include the generating reason and harmful forms of power quality, eveluation strategies and control compensation algorithms, the operation safty and stability methodologies, etc., will be analzed. Then, the interaction mechanism between the micro-grid and grid will be explored. And the suitable power quality evaluation system and control framework will be proposed. Furthermore, the corresponding power quality control and compensation algorithm will also be developed, which will be verified by simulation and field test. The research results will support the utilization of the DGs and improve the quality of power supply at the theorectical and technical level. Due to the direct face the difficult problems of smart grid construction, this research has great potential values for DGs application.
