中文摘要: 全面研究一类新型初级不对称双边型直线电机的工作机理与设计方法,其创新在于初级不对称结构,双边分别为电枢与磁极,中间次级仅由多个独立铁块组成,具有推力密度高、成本低和响应快等优点,适用于轨道交通、物流输送线、大型立体车库与数控机床等设备。 基于磁通切换式与磁通反向式的原理,提出不同槽极配合、不同励磁方式与不同绕组结构的多种新型拓扑结构,分析工作机理及边端效应的影响;建立磁场温度场耦合的分析模型,计算电机的各种损耗,求得电磁性能与温度场分布,提出结构优化措施避免出现磁路过饱和或永磁体失磁;基于集中参数磁路法与有限元法,建立电机与驱动控制整体分析模型,比较矢量控制、直接推力控制等控制策略,系统研究电机参数对性能的影响,掌握推力波动的规律并提出有效补偿措施,建立该类电机设计通用理论;以增大推力密度并减小推力波动为优化目标,完成结构优化;研究实用技术,制造2种优化样机并应用于大型立体车库等实际设备。

英文摘要: The operating principle and design method of a kind of novel double-sided linear motors with asymmetric primary will be throughly investigated. The innovation lies in the structure with asymmetric primary, which adopts armature and magnetic poles at each side respectively. The middle secondary is only composed of many independent iron cores.They exhibit many advantages such as high thrust force density, low cost, rapid response and so on, which are suitable for equipments such as transportation, logistics conveyors, large 3-dimensional garages, digital machine tools etc. Based on the principles of flux switching motor and flux reveral motor, several novel topological structures are presented with different slot/pole number combination, excitation model and winding structure. Their operating principles and the end effects are analyzed. After the coupled-fields analysis model is established,the different kinds of losses, the electromagnetic performance and temperature distribution are analyzed, and then the optimal design method of structure can be proposed to avoid the magnetic field over saturation and permanent magnet demagnetization. Combining the lumped parameter circuit method and finite element method, the whole simuation model including motor and control is established . With this model, the control methods, such as vector control, direct force control etc., are compared, and the influences of structure parameters on performance are investigated. Moreover, the variable regulation of thrust force ripple is emphatically analyzed, and then effective compensaton methods are proposed. After that, the general design method and analysis theory of these new kinds motor are developed. Finally, their structures are optimized based on optimal objective of increasing thrust force while decreasing the thrust force ripple. Two optimised motors are made and applied in actual equipments such as large 3-dimensional garages etc.
