中文摘要: 树形大分子,包括dendrimer和超支化聚合物,因具有球状的分子构型和超分子包埋客体分子的独特性质,而被认为是人工模拟球形蛋白的理想实体。然而,除球状构型外,蛋白分子的手性、两性离子、由多种氨基酸侧基构成的多官能微环境等特征也决定着蛋白分子生理功能的实现。能否将这些特征同时赋予树形大分子?这些特征会为其超分子包埋性质带来什么新内容?我们针对以上问题,以如下内容为目标,提出本项目申请:1),拟通过L-半胱氨酸对双烯类分子的迈克尔加成,制备集分子支架多官能化、两性离子、手性特征于一体的超支化聚合物;2),将这种超支化聚合物表面修饰后制备成两亲单分子胶束,通过相转移法研究其对水溶性染料、外消旋体及金属离子的超分子包埋,从包埋的能力、选择性、对pH和盐的响应性这几个方面,揭示这种新型超支化聚合物的结构与其超分子性能间的关系,为新型纳米载体的制备及蛋白模拟打下基础。

英文摘要: Dendritic macromolecules, including dendrimers and hyperbranched polymers, have the ability to encapsule guest molecules. Considering their globular structures, dendritic macromolecules are suggested as ideal biomimetic entities of globular proteins because of the supramolecular encapsulation property. However, the functionalities of proteins are related not only to their globular structures, but also to the characters such as multifunctional micro-environment originating from various amino acid residuals, zwitterionic and chiral natures.Is it possible to combine the characters mentioned above into the scaffold of a dendritic macromolecule? And what new knowledges on the supramolecular encapsulation will it lead to? In view of these questions, we put forward our project with the following objectives: 1),by Michael addition of L-cysteine to divinyl monomers, to prepare the hyperbranched polymers with multifunctional, zwitterionic and chiral characteristics. 2), by the method of phase transfer, to investigate the encapsulation of the unimolecular micelles derived from the hyperbranched polymers to water soluble dyes, racemates and metal ions, from the aspects of encapsulation ability, selectivity and responsiveness to pH and salt, to take insight into the relationships between the novel structures of the hyperbran
