中文摘要: 根据水处理领域现有水力絮凝过程的需要,提出了可调涡旋絮凝技术的构想。通过3D-PIV测量与大涡模拟,对低雷诺数湍流中流经弧形叶片(涡旋发生器)的绕流涡旋进行研究,得到其涡旋控制方法。其后,分别采用有机絮凝剂PAM与无机絮凝剂PAC,对可调涡旋絮凝管、可调涡旋絮凝池,通过试验研究与大涡模拟,对低雷诺数湍流流动下的叶片绕流涡旋对絮凝过程的影响进行研究,并对涡旋的形态参数、涡旋发生器数量等参数对处于不同粒径分布阶段的絮凝体的影响进行试验研究,建立相关数学模型。并实现对絮凝过程中的最优控制。

英文摘要: According to the needs of flocculation process in the field of water treatment, the idea of adjustable vortex flocculation technology is puts forward. By means of the measurement of 3D-PIV and large eddy simulation, through researching the vortex behind the cured blade (the vortex generator) in low Reynolds number turbulent flow, the method of controlling vortex can be set up. By using two kinds of flocculants: organic flocculant PAM and inorganic flocculant PAC, through the experimental research and the large eddy simulation, the effects of morphological parameters of vortex and the number of the vortex generator to flocculation process are studied in the adjustable vortex flocculation tube and the adjustable vortex flocculation pool. The mathematical model can be established, and the optimal flocculation process control can be realized.
