中文摘要: 开展地下水和自来水中有机碘的形态分析,并评价不同形态有机碘的毒性,对研究其环境地球化学理论及健康效应具有重要的意义,也是保障我国高碘地区饮水安全的重大需求。针对目前有机碘形态分析存在的标准物质缺乏、定性定量分析难题,本研究拟联合采用HPLC/GC-ICP-MS、HPLC-ESI-MSMS和FTICRMS技术建立有机碘分析方法,重点解决未知有机碘含量和结构表征问题。并将方法应用于鲁北平原聊城高碘地区地下水和自来水分析。采用UMU实验评价不同有机碘组分的遗传毒性,评价不同有机碘化合物对人体健康的影响,为下一步开展土壤和植物中有机碘形态分析迁移转化奠定基础。

英文摘要: Speciation analysis and toxicology of organ-iodine in tap water and ground water of high iodine area are of great significance to iodine geochemistry and drinking water safety.To date only a small fraction of organ-iodine in groundwater and/or drinking water has been chemically identified of even well characterized. Molecular formulas and structures of most organ-iodine compounds are still unknown. It is of great scientific significance to establish method for determination of unkown organ-iodine.The objectives of this work were to develop a method for determining unkown organ-iodine compounds using HPLC/GC-ICP-MS、HPLC-ESI-MSMS and FTICRMS; to apply the method to analyze groundwater and drinking water samples from high iodine area;and further, to evaluate its genetic toxicity by UMU using different organ-iodine component and the effects on human health.
