中文摘要: 氮是植物的三大营养元素之一,对植物的生长、发育及产量的获得都具有非常重要的作用。植物根系是吸收氮素的重要器官,与植物氮素利用关系密切。近年来,研究发现数十个与植物氮素利用和控制根系发育有关的基因,这些基因能通过氮素水平的变化来调控植物根系的生长、发育,进而调控根系对氮素的吸收利用,是植物应对氮素环境变化的一个重要的适应性策略。本研究在课题组前期研究的基础上,利用新的根系表型突变体(rtcn)和正常表型玉米(wt)为材料,在不同供氮水平下对玉米幼苗的根系相关表型、氮素生理指标、内源激素、基因转录组差异及转基因植株提高氮素利用等方面进行研究,以期揭示突变基因的功能,为后期培育氮高效基因型玉米奠定理论基础和材料基础。

英文摘要: Nitrogen(N) is one of the three major nutrition elements,which play a big role for plant growth, development and grain yield. Plant root is the important organ for Nitrogen absorption. Recently,more than ten candidates genes were discorvered connection of plant nitrogen use and roots development. And theses genes can regulate the nitrogen absorption and use through the changes of enviroment N concentration, which was a very important adaptation strategy. On the basis of before research, a new maize root mutation(RTCN) and its wild type were used as the materials for roots penotype decection, N-related physiological index, hormone content, disparity of triscriptome and transgenic conduction to inprove N absorption and use, which can reveal the fuction of mutate gene and establish the rational and material base for N high efficiency genotype cultivation.
