中文摘要: 选育氮高效品种是解决未来我国粮食安全和资源、环境问题的重要途径之一。研究玉米氮效率的遗传规律,挖掘氮高效基因资源是选育氮高效品种的前提和基础。硝酸还原酶(nitrate reductase, NR)是植物体氮素同化和代谢过程的首个关键限速酶,在植物高效利用氮素过程中具有重要的生物学地位。因此,剖析玉米硝酸还原酶的遗传机制有助于我们更好的了解玉米氮高效的遗传规律。本研究利用200份重组自交系(recombinant inbred line, RIL)群体和200份关联群体为材料,在氮胁迫和正常供氮两种条件下,通过两年两点的田间实验,对玉米NR活性及氮效率相关性状进行表型鉴定。结合连锁和关联分析的方法,挖掘影响玉米NR活性及氮效率的关键SNP位点,进而借助生物信息学方法对氮高效候选基因进行预测,为氮高效分子育种提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Development of nitrogen (N) efficient cultivars may be one of the ways to resolve such problems like food security, resource waste and environmental pollution in China. Discovering N efficient genes and understanding genetic basis for nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) are prerequisite for N efficient cultivars breeding. Nitrate reductase (NR) is the first critical speed limit enzyme in plant nitrogen assimilation and metabolic process, it plays an important role in plant nitrogen efficient utilization. Therefore, analysis of NR genetic mechanism will help us understanding NUE genetic basis in maize. In this study, a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population including 200 lines and an association mapping panel including 200 inbred lines will be used to identify NR activity and NUE phenotypes in two years and two locations under low nitrogen and high nitrogen conditions.The Key SNP loci for NR activity and NUE will be explored through combining linkage with association analysis,and then NUE candidate genes will be predicted using bioinformatics method. The results may be partly explaining the genetic basis for NUE.
