中文摘要: 自适应Volterrra滤波理论是非线性自适应信号处理中的一个重要研究方向,有着十分重要及广泛的应用。然而,计算复杂度高及算法的滤波性能不够理想等缺点限制了它在实际工程中的推广应用,具有并行特征的自适应凸组合Volterra滤波技术是解决该问题的一种有效途径。本项目将针对现代通信等领域中非线性、非平稳及非高斯等信号处理的需求,系统地研究低复杂性自适应凸组合Volterra滤波器的新型实现结构及高效稳定的自适应算法,并结合非线性信号产生的内在物理机制,探讨其工程应用前景,主要创新研究包括:1)基于插值滤波、时频分析以及Pipelined结构的自适应凸组合Volterra滤波器的新型实现结构研究;2)变记忆长度的自适应凸组合Volterra滤波算法研究;3)l0范数约束下的自适应凸组合Volterra滤波算法研究;4)基于Alpha稳定分布的自适应凸组合Volterra滤波算法研究。

英文摘要: The theory of adaptive Volterra filter, an important research direction in present nonlinear adaptive signal processing, has been significantly and widely used. However, some drawbacks limit its future applications in engineering, such as high computational complexity and nonideal convergence performance of adaptive algorithms. Adaptive convex combined Volterra filtering theory with the pararell characteristics is an effective way to solve the problems. For the requirements of nonlinear, nonstationary and non-Gaussian signals processing in the areas of modern communications et al., the project will systematically study novel low-complexity implemented structures and high efficient stable algorithms of adaptive convex combined Volterra filter, and discuss its prospects on engineering applications by the inner physical mechanism of nonlinear signal generation. The main innovation researches include: 1) novel structures based on interpolated, time-frequency analysis and pipelined of adaptive convex combined Volterra filter; 2) variable memory length algorithms of adaptive convex combined Volterra filter; 3) adaptive algorithms based on the l0 norm constraints of the convex combined Volterra filter; 4) adaptive algorithms based on the Alpha stable distribution of the convex combined Volterra filter.
