中文摘要: 无机-有机杂化光功能材料与器件的研究是当今国际材料科学和信息科学研究中的一个前沿领域和热点。项目基于以往无机-有机杂化光子学微结构与非线性光学材料及相关器件研究工作的基础上,着眼于集成光学中作为光源的激光器的研究前沿,应用无机-有机杂化光功能材料制备技术制备具有随机散射功能的无机-有机杂化激光介质,重点研究在无机基质中同时掺杂液晶和激光染料,获得同时具有散射体和激光增益介质的新型随机激光介质。研究杂化体系中散射体和激光增益介质的密度和浓度对随机激光性能的影响规律;同时深入研究外场对随机激光性能的影响规律,为研制新型随机激光器件提供材料和工艺的可能以及理论依据。项目将新材料的研究与开发应用紧密结合,以发展具有自主知识产权的高新技术科研成果,具有重要的理论意义与应用价值。

英文摘要: Organic-inorganic hybrid optical materials and the related devices are a new research field in materials and information science.Based on the past research of the photonic microstructures and nonlinear optical materials of inorganic-organic hybrid,in this project we will develop inorganic-organic hybrid random laser medium using the method of preparing inorganic-organic hybrid optical materials.This project focuses on a new type of inorganic-organic hybrid random laser medium co-doped with liquid crystal and laser dye, which possesses scatterers and laser gain medium at the same time.The dependence of the hybrid random laser performance on the density and concentration of the scatterers and laser gain medium will be studied. On the other hand, the depedence of the hybrid random laser performance on the electric field will be also studied.These results will provide theoretical basis, materials and processes for developing a new type of inorgani-organic hybrid random laser devices.This project will establish a link between the research and application of the new materials to develop high-new technological achievements,which have self-dominated intellectual property rights.
