中文摘要: 具有连续结构的纳米纤维材料由于其大的比表面积、高柔韧性、易排列组装等特殊性质,日益引起科学家们的重视,是目前国内外科学研究的热点之一,更被认为是未来柔性器件中可能使用的一类关键性功能材料。本申请课题旨在开拓氧化锌和氧化锡基无机半导体纳米纤维功能材料在可弯折、柔性电子器件的应用。我们将进行材料制备和功能化的系列研究,包括:1,氧化铝掺杂氧化锌(AZO)和氧化锡柔性纳米纤维的微观结构调控及其成分、结构表征;2,通过对电纺丝接收基板和电场设计进行纳米纤维阵列排布研究;3,在柔性基板上采用微组装技术制备微型器件,包括柔性的AZO基透明导电电极和SnO2基柔性气敏传感元件,研究纳米纤维网络的力学、电学性能,以期获得新型的高性能柔性气敏传感器和柔性透明导电电极功能器件。

英文摘要: Due to its special nature of large specific surface area, high flexibility, easy arrangement assembly, inorganic nanofiber materials with a continuous structure attracted increasing attention of scientific research at home and abroad. Advanced flexible electronic devices might be used as a class of critical functional materials in the future. Our proposal will explore the functional material of zinc oxide and tin oxide-based inorganic semiconductor nanofibers for a bendable, flexible electronic device applications. We will carry out a series of studies on the material preparation and functional: 1, control of the components, structural and grain size of flexible inorganic nanofiber; 2, design a special electrospinning fiber collecting substrate and the electric field to fabricate fiber arrays with controled orientaions; 3, develop a micro-assembly technique to prepare micro devices on flexible substrates to study the mechanical and electrical properties of the nanofibers in order to obtain a new type of high-performance flexible gas sensors and flexible transparent conductive electrode functional devices.
