中文摘要: 空间目标表现为成像闪烁、模糊、对比度低,几何、纹理等常规特征微弱,现有的目标检测和跟踪模式难于满足空间目标检测能力和跟踪精度要求。本项目借鉴地球物理反演理论和思想,提出了一种时空联合图像反演的方法,充分挖掘空间目标在时域和空域的非线性特征,通过解决相应的理论问题,提高空间目标检测和跟踪的精度、适应性和稳定性。主要创新工作包括:把空间目标的检测和跟踪看成一个反问题求解,研究时空联合非线性图像反演方法,探索空间目标检测和跟踪的新模式;提出了空域多特征反演及其相应的特征降维和多特征融合技术,并以此为基础采用稀疏表示有效区分目标,提高空间目标检测的精度;提出了时域多参数反演方法及其相应的降低反演中多解性的策略,并提出了基于生物地理优化的粒子滤波重要密度采样方法,提高空间多目标跟踪的有效性和稳健性;提出了利用先验信息约束、奇异值分解和稀疏正则化方法提高图像反演求解中的稳定性。

英文摘要: Target detection and tracking framework nowadays can not match the demanding of the detection ability and tracking accuracy of space targets,in that space targts whose routine feature, such as geometry and textile features, are weak nomarlly act as imagine flickering and blur . In order to improve the accuracy, adaption and robust of detection and tracking of space targets, this project proprosed an approach of joint spatial-temporal image inversion based on digging the nonlinear features both in spatial and temporal field deeply, by solving correlated problems. The main innovative work include: reserached the approach of joint spatial-temporal image inversion by treating the detection and tracking problem as a inverse problem for exploring the new framework and pattern of the detection and tracking of space targets; proposed a spatial multi-feature inversion algothrim and corresponding dimension reduction method and multi-feature fusion technology, and based on such algothrim and methods, proposed a target detection method with sparsity representation of image sequence in order to raising the accuracy of target detection; proposed temporal multi-parameter inversion method in order to reduce the multiple solutions and an importance resampling particle filter approach based on biogeography-based optimization for
