中文摘要: 基于卫星视频的信息提取属于航天摄影测量与计算机视觉的交叉研究领域,具有广阔的应用前景。基于视频卫星平台和有效载荷特征,针对卫星视频数据存在的稳定性差、信息难获取等问题;本项目基于航天摄影测量理论,提出高分卫星视频运动目标检测与轨迹提取方法,在深入分析卫星视频的成像几何特性基础上,研究“凝视”卫星视频稳像方法;研究适用于卫星视频的刚体运动目标(包括点和面目标)检测和跟踪算法;并根据卫星视频的对地成像严密几何关系,研究物方三维运动目标的轨迹提取和运动速度估计方法。本项目可以为卫星视频在运动目标识别与检测追踪预测等方面应用提供理论基础,实现运动目标的可发现可跟踪可预测,对填补国内关于视频卫星数据处理方法及其应用领域的空白,对探索视频卫星在遥感领域的应用具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Information extraction based on satellite video belongs to the interdisciplinary research field of photogrammetry and computer vision,which has broad application prospects. Owing to the plane array video satellite platform and payload features, considering the poor stability and difficulty in information extraction of satellite video,this project will propose high-resolution video moving target detection and track extraction method based on the theory of aerospace photogrammetry ;through satellite video imaging geometry in-depth analysis, the gaze satellite video image stabilization method is studied; this project researches detection and tracking algorithm for rigid body motion targets (including point and area targets) in satellite video; with strict geometric relationships based on satellite-to-ground video imaging,the ground three-dimension moving target track extraction method and velocity calculation is studied.This project will provide a solid theory basis and implement methods for the application on satellite video motion detection, tracking ,and prediction. The project fills in gaps in video satellite data processing methods and applications, thusing being of great significance for video satellite exploration in remote sensing field.
