中文摘要: 去合金化法是制备随机孔状纳米多孔金属的主要方法。目前,针对去合金化行为和孔演化过程的研究主要着眼于规则块体、条带等宏观体相合金体系,对于低维纳米结构合金体系的去合金化行为和孔演化机制则很少涉及,而这一过程恰恰涉及到低维限域条件下的去合金化行为。本项目拟采用电沉积方法与纳米模板技术相结合,制备Pd-X(X=Ni,Co)一维纳米结构初始合金,着重研究该纳米尺度初始合金(一维限域状态下)去合金化过程中合金/溶液界面行为及形貌演化规律,结合实验及理论分析,揭示限域状态下合金/溶液界面处钝化、溶解、表面扩散与孔结构演化的对应关系,阐明限域状态下去合金化行为的微观物理机制,并给出定量或半定量表述,澄清低维纳米结构与宏观体相合金去合金化过程中的行为差异。本项目的研究结果,将为人们深入理解低维材料的去合金化行为以及实现随机孔状低维纳米结构的可控设计与制备提供实验和理论依据。

英文摘要: Dealloying is the major strategy to prepare nanoporous metals with random porous structures. Till now, the research towards dealloying behavior and pore evolution mainly focuses upon regular bulk- or ribbon-like macroscopical master alloys. In comparison, little information is available on the exact dealloying process and mechanism of pore evolution during the dealloying of low-dimensional alloy nanostructures. This process is obviously related to the dealloying behavior at the low-dimensional confined state. The project is intended to synthesize one-dimensional Pd-X (X=Ni,Co) nanostructures using electro-deposition and nano-templated strategies, and then intensively study the alloy/solution interfacial behavior and the morphological evolution of nano-sized master alloys (at the one-dimensional confined state) during the dealloying process. Combined with experimental and theoretical analysis, it is to reveal the interrelationship between the interfacial phenomenon(such as passivation, dissolution and diffusion) and evolution of porosity at the confined state, and further clarify the microscopic physical mechanism of confined dealloying behavior.
