中文摘要: 随着人口的增长,世界对粮食产量的需求不断增长,所以稻谷产量的提高是当前农业科研的重要任务。水稻颖花数是决定水稻产量形成的一个重要因素。然而,对于颖花数的决定机制还不是很明确。其中,对于根系在颖花数的决定机制中的功能知之更少。本研究拟以细胞分裂素和氮素为切入点,设计了3个实验:(1)水稻根系活力、细胞分裂素、氮素与颖花数在水稻品种间的差异;(2)不同氮肥水平下,根系生理活性的变化以及这些变化对细胞分裂素含量、植株体氮素含量以及颖花数的影响;(3)干旱胁迫下,根系生理活性的变化以及这些变化对细胞分裂素含量、氮素含量、与颖花数的影响。最终确立根系活力、细胞分裂素、氮素吸收之间的关系,及其对颖花数量形成产生的影响。通过对这些关系的研究,揭示水稻根系在颖花数量决定机制中的功能,从而完善水稻颖花数量决定的生理机理,为水稻育种工作和稻米高产作理论支持。

英文摘要: With the increase of population, the grain production shold be improved greatly to satisfy the food requirement on the world. As one of the most stable crops for human, the improvement for rice production is important. Spikelet production is the key process during the rice grain production while the mechanism is far away to be understood, especially the root function for the spikelet growth. Therefore, the cytokinin and nitrogen are borrowed to study the spikelet production mechanism since the important role of them in the spikelet development, and 3 expteriments are desighed. (1) the genetic variations for root function, cytokinin, nitrogen and spikelet number among rice cultivars;(2)the response of root activity to nitrogen condition and relations to cytokinin and nitrogen content in rice; (3)the response of root activity to drought stress and relations to cytokins and nitrogen content in rice. As the respect, the relationsof the root activity to cytokinin, nitrogen content and the influence on spikelet production shold be confirm finally and root system functiion for spikelet production shold be elucided physilogically. This will be helpful for the rice breeding and grain production improvement.
