中文摘要: 相位、偏振和相干调制的光束被称为构造光束,关于该光束的研究是最新的研究热点之一。构造光束经过大数值孔径透镜聚焦后有许多独特的性质:例如更小的聚焦光斑,更强的纵向分量,动量之间的转换以及特定的光强分布(如球状亚波长光斑)等,因此在光操控等领域具有重要的应用价值。本项目拟研究构造光束经过大数值孔径透镜的聚焦特性,主要研究聚焦场中的光学特性以及光学力,通过调制构造光束的相位、偏振和相干等参量,调控聚焦场的光强分布,偏振分布等;并研究这些参量对光学力的影响,通过调节相关参量实现可控的光学力,并将其初步应用于光操控实验。此外,本项目还将对新型的光学力学效应,如光拉力以及光扭矩等展开研究,利用构造光束的特性实现这些新型的光学力,并通过改变构造光束的偏振、相位分布等,使得这些新型的光学力强度更强更稳定。这些研究对于光学微机械,生物医学,量子物理,凝聚态物理等领域,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Beams with phase, polarization and coherence modulation are regarded as constructed beams, which is one of the hotspots in current studies. Some advantages are observed in tightly focused constructed beams, for examples: smaller focal spot, stronger longitudinal component, conversion of momentum, and specific intensity distribution (subwavelength spherical spot) et al. Therefore, constructed beams have important applications in optical manipulations. The tight focusing properties, including the optical characterization and the optical force, of constructed beams focused by high numerical aperture (NA) objective will be studied in this project. The modulation of intensity and polarization by the phase, polarization and coherence of constructed beam will be investigated. Moreover, realization of controllable optical force and its application in optical manipulations by modulating the phase, polarization and coherence of constructed beam will be investigated as well. Some new optical effects, including optical pulling force and optical torque, will also be the focus of this project. The achievement of stronger and more stable optical pulling force and optical torque by changing the properties of constructed beams will be discussed. These studies have theoretical and practical significance in optical micro-mechanism
