中文摘要： 本研究主要通过量化研究与质性研究两种方法的结合，来探讨中国民航空中交通管制员心理复原力的结构特点，研究取得了预期的成果，主要体现在三个方面： 一、心理健康水平与个性特征的研究表明，心理健康的管制员在个性特征方面多表现出情绪稳定、有恒负责、平衡有度、信任他人、自信等特点； 二、心理复原力结构特点的量化研究表明，无论是一线管制员还是在校管制员都符合CD-RISC量表所提出的五因素结构模型，即坚韧性、适应性、应对压力、控制感及信念； 三、心理复原力结构特点的质性研究表明，管制员群体在心理复原力的内部因素上表现出五个主要概念，即积极认知、主动策略、社会支持、自我效能感及内心平和。 总之，无论从哪个角度来探讨管制员心理复原力的模型，都较为一致地表现出以下特征，即一个具有较强心理复原力的管制员应该是遇到困难坚忍不拔、具有解决问题、应对压力的能力；有很强的适应性，能随机应变，有强烈的自我控制感，并拥有积极的认知信念的个体。

英文摘要： The aim of this research is to investigate the construct of resilience of ATC by quantity and quality method.The main results as follows: Firstly, research on the relationship on mental health and personality shows that the ATCs who are more emotional stability, resoponsibilty, better balance, trust and self-confidence are more healthy in mental status. Secondly,the quantity research on the construct of resilience shows that 5-factor construct of CD-RISC is suitable for both ATCs and ATC students, including tenacity, stress coping, adaptation, control and spiritual influence. Thirdly, the quality research on the construct of resilience shows that five main factors or concepts are included: positive perceptions,active strategy,social support, selfefficacy and the peace inside. In one word, the results of construct of ATC's resilience are similar,it means the persons who are more resilient, who will have the tenacity when he faced the difficult situation, know how to copy the stress and solve the problem, adapt quickly to the changeable situation, and also control himself well, and have positive perception.
