中文摘要： 农村人口老龄化以及劳动力转移，使得农村老年人承担着农业生产和生活的主要劳动力角色。本研究在现有研究成果基础上，综合运用劳动经济学、计量经济学的相关理论和方法，首先从理论上构建一个农村老年劳动力劳动供给的理论模型，其次分析家庭成员外出打工、经济状况、家庭结构类型、人力资本等对老年人劳动参与率以及劳动供给的影响，重点分析家庭成员外出务工、健康因素对老年人劳动供给的影响。本研究对于今后我国农村社会养老保险制度的实施，农村新型合作医疗的改善、保证我国农村劳动力顺利转移以及今后建设社会主义新农村都具有积极的实践指导意义。

英文摘要： with the aging and "rural-urban" migration,the elderly play the main role in agricultural production and rural life. Basing on the privious studies, the program first builds a theoretical model for the elderly participating in the labor supply market.Then the study analyzes the effect of migrant workers, economic factors,family structure and human resources on the elderly labor supply. The program pays more attention to ananlyze the migrant workers and health on the elderly labor supply. This study will have positive significances for the implementation of new rural cooperative medical system and rural social pension .
