中文摘要: 本项目从社会网络的角度研究影响大型在线社区中消费者购买虚拟商品行为的重要因素。与传统商品不同,虚拟商品在产品特性、目标客户群体和营销策略上都具有显著的社交特性。传统的基于消费者个体和产品特性的消费者购买行为研究方法并不适用于虚拟商品,源自在线社区中社交网络的影响会显著的虚拟商品消费者的购买行为。因此,本研究将从社会网络的角度出发,基于三个不同类型的超大型在线社区海量数据对用户购买虚拟商品的行为进行建模,分析用户社交行为对于虚拟商品销售的重要影响。进而提出基于社会网络影响的虚拟商品营销策略,并将在真实在线社区中对研究结论进行实证检验。

英文摘要: This project investigates the important factors that influence the purchase behavior of virtual goods in massive online communities. Unlike traditional goods, virtual goods exibit significant social features on product design, target consumer group and marketing strategy. Previous research focuses on the customer's individual features to analyze consumer behaviors. However, this is not appropriate to be applied in the virtual goods context. Social influence from social networks will pose significant impact on purchase behaviors of virtual goods. Therefore, this research plans to analyze the purchase behaviors of virtual goods from a social network perspective based on three large scale datasets. Then, we will try to propose a social network oriented marketing strategy and verify its validity in a real online community.
