中文摘要: 疲劳驾驶是恶性交通事故的主要因素,为此工业界和科技界长期致力于疲劳监测技术的研究和开发。现有的商业化疲劳监测系统主要基于视频分析技术,使用简单,但易受内、外部环境干扰;而科技界研究较多的基于脑电的疲劳监测技术,虽然精度最高,但实用性较差。为此,本课题拟从实用性和准确性两方面出发,研究设计基于前额眼电的疲劳监测关键技术。该技术将充分利用前额眼电的疲劳表征特性,实用性强,并能克服内、外部环境的干扰。本项目拟开展的研究工作主要包括以下四方面:1)研究分析前额眼电与传统眼电的关系。2)研究分析前额眼电信号的眼部活动状态表征能力和对疲劳的表征能力。3)研究设计驾驶环境下的高鲁棒性前额眼电特征提取算法和疲劳监测算法。4)研究设计针对不同用户的自适应疲劳监测模型,可在线修正模型参数,使其适应不同用户的眼电疲劳变化模式。本研究将为驾驶员提供一种新的主动安全技术,为开发面向一般驾驶员的疲劳监测技术奠定基础。

英文摘要: Driver fatigue is the main factor in many serious accidents. Therefore industry and scientific communities have long been working on the research and development of fatigue monitoring. The existing systems for fatigue monitoring are mainly based on video techniques, which are easy to use, but vulnerable to internal and external environmental interference; EEG-based fatigue monitoring techniques which are common in scientific community are with high accuracy, but not practical for application. For these reasons, our project intends to focus on the study of fatigue monitoring technology based on EOG extracted from forehead (forehead EOG), to get a balance between practicality and accuracy. This technology will make full use of the forehead EOG features to monitor fatigue, which is both practical and robust to the interference of the external environment. The research that the project plans to conduct mainly comprises the following four parts: 1) to study the relationship between forehead EOG and traditional EOG; 2) to study and analyze the characterization of eye-movement activities and fatigue about forehead EOG; 3) to study and design an algorithm with high robustness to extract features of forehead EOG and an algorithm for monitoring fatigue; 4) to study and design a subject-independent self-adaptive fatigue mo
