中文摘要： 多样性是联盟组合的重要特征。现有的联盟组合多样性研究主要关注联盟组合多样性在"某一时点"的静态构型特征，忽略了多样性在"某一时段"的动态特征；主要从企业个体行为层面探讨联盟组合多样性对企业绩效的影响，忽略了"多边关系"形成的网络背景下，企业的个体行为已深深镶嵌于其所在的联盟组合，受其他企业行为的影响。综合吸收组织生态学与社会网络理论并结合传统的战略管理理论，本项目基于嵌入性视角，综合运用文献研究、案例研究、计量分析、社会网络分析等多种研究方法，在对多样性概念进行补充和重塑的基础上，围绕联盟组合多样性特征的刻画、科学分类及测量，重点研究每种类型的联盟组合多样性对企业绩效的影响，以及嵌入性对联盟组合多样性与企业绩效关系的作用机理。本项目对丰富战略领域的研究视角、拓展联盟组合的现有研究成果以及为我国企业的联盟组合活动实践及联盟网络构建提供指导与建议具有重要的意义。

英文摘要： Diversity is a key characteristic for alliance portfolio. Existing literature on alliance portfolio diversity focus on the static configuration features of alliance portfolio from the view of "point of time", while less discussion on its dynamic features from the view of "period of time". Most research on the relationship between alliance portfolio diversity and firm performance based on the perspective of individual firm behavior, while ignoring that a firm's individual behavior is not isolated, but deeply embedded in the multilateral alliance network, will therefore be influenced by others within the network. Combined organizational ecology theory and social network theory with traditional strategic management theories, this project based on embeddedness perspective, with the methodology of literature review, case study, econometric analysis, social network analysis, aims at exploring the definition and typology of alliance portfolio diversity referring to concepts and theories in Ecology; discussing how each type of alliance portfolio diversity effects firm performance; pursuing the mechanism of how embeddedness influence the relationship between alliance portfolio diversity and firm performance.
