中文摘要: 创业企业如何获取合法性是创业研究领域中特有且重要的研究话题。从现有研究成果看,学者大多从单一视角出发,要么站在社会制度的角度朝里看,把企业合法性看作制度化的产物;要么站在组织的角度往外看,用战略理论解释企业的行为选择,或者把合法性作为获取资源的手段。事实上,创业企业的合法性挑战既来自外部环境对企业施加的制度压力,也来自创业企业的资源瓶颈对外部资源的依赖,制度压力和资源约束这两种因素从内外不同方向共同作用在创业企业的组织结构及运作模式上,影响着企业合法化战略的选择、决策与实施。本项目以创业企业为研究对象,聚焦创业企业的合法性问题,结合制度理论、资源依赖理论和战略理论,在识别制度压力和资源约束内外部关键影响因素的基础上,对创业企业合法化战略响应问题开展理论和实证研究。本项目研究成果有助于丰富创业企业合法性理论,为创业企业获取合法性提供理论依据和实践指导。

英文摘要: How to obtain legitimacy for new ventures is a unique and important research topic in the field of entrepreneurship theory. From the existing research results, scholars view it mostly from the single perspective, they look in in the perspective of social systems and consider the venture legitimacy as systematized product; or they look out in the angle of organization using the strategy theory to explain the behavior choice of ventures, or taking the legitimacy as a method for acquiring resources. In fact, legitimacy challenges for new ventures come both from the external environment of the venture and from the dependence of the venture's resource bottleneck on external resources. These two factors, namely the institutional pressure and resource constraints, from the joint influence of internal and external factors, have the effect on the organizational structure and mode of operation of the venture, thus affecting the enterprise legitimacy strategy choice, decision making and implementation. Taking enterprise as the research object, focusing on the legitimacy problem of new ventures, combining the institution theory, resource dependence theory and strategic theory, based on the recognition of the key internal and external factors affecting system pressure and resource constraints, this project have a theoretical and empirical research on the strategic response of new ventures' legitimacy strategy. The research results will contribute to the theory of legitimacy for entrepreneurs, by providing the theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to obtain legitimacy.
