中文摘要: 现代质量控制的核心技术和方法始终围绕着如何提高监控效率和降低控制成本问题而展开。控制图是监控生产过程的一种重要的统计过程控制工具,它的设计方法直接影响到制造过程质量控制的效率和成本。传统控制图的设计研究主要是基于控制图的统计标准,虽然它考虑了控制图的统计特性,但没有考虑控制图的经济效益。自从出现动态控制图,对它们的研究主要集中在统计设计,而进行经济设计研究的比较少。本项目正是针对这种现状,系统地研究动态EWMA控制图的经济设计问题。首先完善动态EWMA控制图的统计设计;其次分别建立监控均值、标准差以及联合监控均值、标准差的动态EWMA控制图的经济模型,用遗传算法求最优解。最后,对经济模型进行灵敏度分析得出模型参数与设计参数的影响关系以指导动态控制图的参数选择。本项目的研究内容和结果将完善现有过程质量控制的理论和应用体系,为现代企业在新的制造环境下实施经济质量控制提供更有效的理论和技术指导。

英文摘要: The core techniques and methods of modern quality control have always been centered on how to improve monitoring efficiency and reduce control cost to deploy. Control charts, which control the production process condition, are the important statistics process control tools. Their design methods directly affect the efficiency and cost of quality control in manufacturing process. The design of the traditional control charts is mainly based on statistical standards of the control chart, although it takes into account the statistical properties of the control chart, it does not think over the economic benefits of the control charts. Ever since the dynamic control charts were proposed, the research about it mainly focus on the statistical design, few work was contributed to economic design. For the present situation, this project will systematic study the economic design of dynamic EWMA control charts. Firstly, we complete the statistic design of dynamic EWMA control charts;Secondly, we establish the economic model of dynamic EWMA control charts which monitoring the process mean, the process standard deviation and monitoring the process mean and standard deviation and use the genetic algorithm to search for the optimal solution.
