中文摘要: 基因序列的生物信息分析已成为病毒研究的重要手段,本项目将现代信息学方法和系统生物学方法应用于甲型流感病毒序列的比较、突变分析、进化分析以及功能蛋白序列信息的提取:分别给出病毒序列和蛋白序列的带可调控参数的图形表示,将序列数值化并探索其生物意义;利用图形表示构造协方差矩阵和基因段相关系数来比较病毒序列之间的相似性,基于相似性距离矩阵,利用模糊理论分别给出分类算法和进化算法,分别探索低致病力和高致病力甲型流感病毒进化图谱的拓扑特征;用几何方法来定义重复序列、基因重排和反转,利用向量来判断变异类型和变异位置,刻画甲型流感病毒基因组中变异最频繁的关键基因的特征;用特性向量来表示氨基酸,利用向量来初步判断病毒的致病力并计算氨基酸之间的相关性,从物理和化学性质上解释氨基酸相关性的起源;给出方法从已知蛋白质序列中找出功能化学成分,用公式把它们表示为规则,利用氨基酸特性值和规则有效地提取蛋白序列信息。

英文摘要: Gene sequence analysis of biological information has become an important means of virus research, Informatics and systems biology methods will be used in this project for comparison of the influenza virus sequence, mutation, evolution and function of protein sequence information extraction: We were give adjustable parameters graphical representation of the sequence values and to explore its biological significance of the given virus sequence and protein sequence; We compare the similarity between the viral sequences by construct covariance matrix by geaphical representation and correlation coefficient between two segments. Based on the similarity distance matrix we using fuzzy theory to give the classification algorithm and evolutionary algorithm, respectively, to explore the topology characteristics of low pathogenicity and highly pathogenic influenza A virus evolution map, Geometric method will be used to define the repeat sequences, gene rearrangement and reverse vector to detemine the variation of the type and variability of the location, depicts the most frequent variation in the influenza virus genome traits; We use feature vector express amino acids, and use vectors to determine the virulence of the virus in initial and calculated the correlation between the amino acids to explain from the physical and ch
