中文摘要: 流感病毒作为一类重要的造成呼吸道感染的病毒,一直以来引起国际上的高度关注。研究流感病毒的跨种间传播和遗传变异规律是进行流感病毒研究中的一个重要科学问题。而H5N1、以及H7N9和H10N8等流感病毒感染人的事件告诉我们,病毒可以直接通过家禽到人传播,而不需要经过猪进行病毒混合。我们的前期研究结果表明H7N9病毒仍然在与我国家禽中的H9N2病毒进行动态重配,从而获得新的性状。由于我国家禽中普遍存在以H9N2为主的多种亚型的流感病毒,因此对于家禽中禽流感病毒的流行趋势的判断以及进行风险评估变得尤为重要。本研究将主要面向流感病毒在我国家禽中传播路径和规律问题,拟采用大数据信息挖掘与病毒基因进化的方法来描画不同亚型的禽流感病毒在我国家禽运输和交易网络中的演化,并最终预测各个地理区域与时间跨度内的发病风险。

英文摘要: Influenza A virus as an important pathogen has greatly done harm to the public health in history, such as the 1918 H1N1 pandemic, and the recently H7N9 outbreak, which has caused over 300 human infected with over 100 deaths.The influenza virus was naturally reposited within wild waterfowls, and may through the transmission to poultry, and/or pigs and then to infected humans. With on doubt, poultry are one of the key intermediate hosts for human-infecting avian influenza virus. The study of the cross-species transmission has long been one of the key direction of the influenza research. The current H7N9 and H10N8 infections have taught us that varied subtypes of avian influenza viruses were hidden within poultry, which normally did little harm to poultry. Poultry transportation and especially the live poultry markets have provided varied subtype of avian influenza viruses the opportunity to reassort for novel influenza viruses. Therefore, it is important to discern the poultry transportation network and the status of virus transmissoin across it. For this purpose, we proposed to conduct this project to study the avian influenza transmitted along the avian transportation network. We plan to apply methods of the big data, as well as the virus gene phylogenetics to dicipher the transmission route respectively. And then by applying the integration, we wish to construct the avian influenza virus transmissoin network. We will following to study the dynamics of the network and then to predict the trends of each subtypes of avian influenza virus in China.
