中文摘要: 螺旋浆推动飞机和潜水艇在周围介质中的前行,为成功利用土体介质使人工结构物自驱动在土中前行提供了成功的应用基础。螺旋传动原理是机械结构中变回转运动为轴向直线运动的有效传动方式,也是提供轴向推力的有效方法。课题研究是在土体介质中,采用螺旋传动的原理,利用装设于掘进机外侧回转的螺旋与掘进机周围土体的相互作用,推动掘进机在土体中自驱动前行。外侧回转的螺旋驱动含二个不同的作用原理。一是设于掘进机筒体周边外侧的多个螺旋器旋转推动掘进机体前行;二是在掘进机工作面前方外伸的弹簧式螺旋器超前工作面旋转,牵拉机体前行。在二个原理和装置的联合或分别的推拉作用下,使土中隧道掘进机自行走前行是目前世界首创的隧道掘进机行进方法。螺旋参数中的外径、内径、螺距、长度、截面形状等的合理配置是掘进机有效前行的保证,利用室内试验和现场实测方法研究参数与土体的合理关系,为螺旋驱动式自行走隧道掘进机的应用提供依据是课题研究的目标。

英文摘要: Screw impeller can push airplane and submarine forward in their surrounding medium. It provides successful application base for tunneller moving ahead by self driving in soil. Theory of spiral driving motion along straight line is an effective method of drive that is able to transfer gyroscopic motion to axial linear motion. And the theory also provides valid approach for axial force. Research project for applying is based on power screw theory in the surrounding medium. With the interaction force of screw installed on tunneller outside and the soil around the tunneller, it can push or pull the tunneller forward self-walking in soil. Screw drive located outer rotation can drive tunneller forward self-walking in soil according to two different theories. First, multiple spirals impeller installed on the periphery of tunneller can push it forward. Second, spiral like spring in the front of tunneller can pull it forward. By one or unit of two theories, tunneller can walk by oneself in soil. This theory of self-walking tunneller ahead in soil by spiral driving is initiate method in the world. The reasonable relationships among spiral parameters in soil such as external diameter, inner diameter, thread pitch, length, the shape of section provide an effective guarantee for tunneller forward.
