中文摘要: 针对盾构隧道结构服役性能(主要指结构安全性、适用性和耐久性)评价和预测方法不完善的问题,从结构力学性能退化、服役性能分项指标退化、整体服役性能退化三个方面出发,创新性地开展:①进行材料加速老化后的盾构隧道管片与纵缝接头足尺加载试验,研究材料性能退化后的盾构隧道结构力学性能;②根据大量盾构隧道检查实测资料,获取结构服役性能分项指标的时间状态序列及其与内外影响因素的概率统计关系,建立结构服役性能分项指标退化的随机持续时间模型;在此基础上,探寻结构整体服役性能、服役性能分项指标及其内外影响因素三者之间的状态空间关系,最终建立考虑维养作用的结构整体服役性能退化随机过程模型。③实现结构服役性能与地铁监护数字化系统的集成,以及服役性能退化模型在盾构隧道养护中的应用。研究旨在从结构层面探寻盾构隧道服役性能退化机理,为定量化评价结构服役性能、预测服役性能变化趋势、合理确定维护养护手段和时间提供理论依据。

英文摘要: State-of-the-art service performance models for shield tunnel structure need to be improved to provide a quantitative assessment and prediction for structure service performance, which typically comprises of safety, serviceability, and durability. This research addresses this problem from three aspects, i.e., deterioration of structure performance, deterioration of performance index, and deterioration of overall performance. The main research contents include: (1) Conducting full scale tests on the shield tunnel segments and joints which have subjected an accelerated material degradation in a controlled environment, and obtaining the performance of a degraded shield tunnel structure. (2) Obtaining the time series states of structure performance index and the relationship between structure performance index and various intrinsic/extrinsic factors by analyzing tunnel inspection data, and establishing a stochastic duration model for structure performance index. Then, construct a stochastic deterioration model for overall structure performance which is capable of incorporating maintenance effectiveness by considering the relationships between overall performance, performance index, and various intrinsic/extrinsic factors in the state-space. (3) Integration of the performance model with the Metro Tunnel Digital Monitoring System, and application to the tunnel maintenance. The main objectives of the research are to investigate the deterioration mechanism of shield tunnel from structure perspective, assess and predict the structure performance quantitatively, and provide theoretical basis for choosing maintenance and rehabilitation options and times.
