中文摘要: 混序制造服务组合过程呈现为“邻序+跨序”的可组合关系,其组合建模与优选是面向服务的制造系统中的关键技术。本项目从混序服务组合的全局结构可用性特征角度出发,构建邻序原子级制造服务间初始可组合关系,基于动态逻辑描述推理跨序制造服务可组合关系,评估执行路径连通性、完整性、冗余性及逻辑正确性等全局结构可用性特征,基于全局结构可用性特构建高可用性混序服务组合模型及优选算法,同时反馈优选结果最大频繁项集,以更新可组合关系。进一步研究制造服务可用率的有效评估方法与高用率的控制策略,分析下在控制策略下制造服务可用率的变化规律,为混序服务是否可组合、如何提高服务的可用率,同时促进制造企业的增值增效等提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Manufacturing service composition (MSC) is a key technology in the service-oriented system, and mix-order composition process presents a mix-correlation that includes pre-order correlation and post-order correlation. From global availability characteristic of mix-order MSC, initial adjacent correlation is studied in this project, and out-order correlation is inferred though dynamic description logic, global availability characteristic including connectivity, integrity, redundancy and logic correctness are evaluated. Then, mix-order MSC model and optimal selection algorithm are design, and correlation is update though maximal frequent item sets. Furthermore, variation laws of availability rate under several strategies are analyzed to provide theoretical basis for whether mix-order service can be composed, how to increase availability rate and improve enterprise value and efficiency.
