中文摘要: 乘员约束系统是汽车碰撞安全的重要组成部分。现有的汽车乘员约束系统,是根据碰撞法规试验进行设计的,不一定能在复杂的实际碰撞中发挥出最佳的保护效果。本项目采用计算机仿真技术和碰撞试验相结合的方法,针对不同碰撞类型、碰撞严重程度、乘员类型和乘员坐姿的情况,研究在碰撞前触发的,并为乘员提供最优保护效果的自适应约束系统。建立自适应约束系统的仿真分析模型,研究乘员约束系统自适应控制策略和算法,研究碰撞类型、碰撞严重程度、乘员类型和乘员坐姿的识别算法,建立预触发自适应乘员约束系统的设计和试验方法,大幅提高汽车碰撞安全的水平。研究成果可为预触发自适应乘员约束系统开发提供理论和实践依据,具有重要的学术研究价值和经济价值。

英文摘要: Occupant restraint system plays an important role in car crash safety. Current car occupant restraint system is designed according to government crash safety test programme, which can not provide best protection for occupant during real car accident. This project aims at research adaptive occupant restraint system triggered before forthcoming crash accident to provide optimal protection for occupant during frontal impacts of different crash types, crash severity, occupant types and occupant postures through computer simulaton and vehicle crash test methods. The project will build adaptive restraint system simulation model, research on the adaptive control strategy and algorithm, study the identification methods of crash types, crash severity, occupant types and occupant posture, erect the design and test method of pre-triggered adaptive restraint system and improve the car crash safety performance. The research results can provide basic theory and methods for development of pre-triggered adaptive occupant restraint system and have important academic and economic value.
