中文摘要: 针对长周期边设计边制造边修改的船舶产品设计制造过程难以一体化集成管理的问题,究其原因是船舶设计系统和制造系统间存在错综复杂的耦合关系,深入分析和研究系统间的耦合关系,建立船舶设计制造一体化耦合关系模型和研究其自主控制机制是实现一体化的必然途径。应用设计系统、制造系统、运筹学和模糊数学等理论,从质量、进度和成本三个方面的关键特征因素进行约束层次分析入手,研究船舶设计制造一体化耦合关系产生和迁移机制,运用模糊推理和多变量鲁棒自校正相结合的解耦算法进行解耦;从关系的广度、深度和粒度三个维度,响应和服务两个层次来描述耦合关系模型;基于不同过程状态变迁时耦合关系模型关键特征因素的偏差量化自动识别技术,建立关键特征指标的自校正控制策略,构建船舶设计制造系统间耦合关系的自主控制系统。本项目旨在深入探索和建立有效的船舶设计制造一体化集成管理模式,对船舶产品设计制造信息化的深入发展具有较好的科学意义。

英文摘要: For the design and manufacturing process of ship, which need to be designed, manufactured and modified at the same time, it is difficult to carry out the integration management, because there are some intricate coupling relationship between the design system and manufacturing system. In order to realize the integration management, we need to analyze the coupling relationship, set up the relationship model and study the self-control mechanism. With the design system, manufacturing system, operations research and fuzzy mathematics theory, starting with the quality, schedule and cost to carry the constraint level analysis, to study the generation and transfer mechanism of the coupling relationship of the integration management with the decoupling algorithm which combines the fuzzy reasoning and the multivariable robust self-tuning, we will describe the coupling relationship model from 3-D which include the breadth, depth and granularity of the relationship and 2-levels which include the response and service. Based on the auto-identification technology of deviation of the key features during the transfer of the different status, a self-tuning control strategy of key features and autonomous control system of coupling relationship between the ship design system and ship manufacturing system will be set up.
