中文摘要: 随着IC 集成封装中嵌入式无源技术的发展及对电容器电容密度要求的提高,高介电聚合物基复合材料的发展成为影响电子器件微型化、高速化的关键因素。本项目以聚酰亚胺(PI)为基体,以碳纳米管-酞菁铜(CNTs-CuPc)为填充物,主要利用CNTs的低渗流阈值和CuPc的高介电性,以期获得柔性高介电纳米复合材料。首先对CNTs进行改性、制备羧基CuPc,通过酯化反应在CNTs表面包覆一薄层CuPc获得(CNTs-CuPc)。然后通过原位聚合法制备(CNTs-CuPc)/PI纳米复合材料,使得CuPc在CNTs与PI之间起到"桥连"作用,促使CNTs-CuPc在基体中均匀分散、改善复合体系的界面结构。通过对复合材料制备工艺参数的优化,从试验和理论上研究各组分的物化性质、配比及相容性对复合材料介电性能的影响规律,探索三组分纳米复合介电材料高介电的形成机制。研究目标的实现将有助于推动微电子工业的快速发展。

英文摘要: With the development of embedded passive technology in IC integrated package and the enhanced requirements for capacitance density of capacitor, the development of high dielectric polymer matrix composites has become the key factor affecting the micromation, high speeding of electronic components. This project aims to obtain flexible high dielectric nano-composites with polyimide (PI) as matrix and carbon nanotubes-phthalocyanine copper oligomer (CuPc) as fillers by making use of the low percolation threshold of CNTs and the high dielectric feature of CuPc. Firstly, modification of CNTs and preparation of carboxyl CuPc will be carried out and CNTs-CuPc will be obtained by encapsulating a thin layer of CuPc on the surface of CNTs through esterification reaction. Then, (CNTs-CuPc)/PI nano-composite will be prepared by in-situ polymerization method. CuPc works as "bridge" between CNTs and PI to promote even dispersion of CNTs-CuPc in the matrix and improve the iterfacial structure of the composite system. The influence of each component's physical and chemical properties, ratio, compatibility on the dielectric behavior of the composites will be studied experimentally and theoretically by optimizing processing parameters of composites.
