中文摘要: 针对传统保证丝片成形质量的“等速络交”在机构上不能实现和目前络交机构不能满足高速、大卷装缫丝的问题,本项目提出通过一个周期内有较长等卷绕角时间和丝片成形理想几何特征来保证丝片成形质量的新方法,并在该方法指导下提出高阶变形非圆齿轮络交机构以保证高速、大卷装缫丝过程的丝片成形质量。.内容包括:高阶变形非圆齿轮参数优化通用数学模型的建立;高阶变形非圆齿轮络交机构的提出及其运动学特性研究;丝片成形几何形状计算模型及评价准则的建立;以评价准则为目标、以非圆齿轮传动特性和结构尺寸要求为约束条件的络交机构参数优化模型的建立和求解;高阶变形非圆齿轮络交机构的试验研究。.本项目将建立络交机构的系统研究平台,为开发新型缫丝机提供技术支撑;建立针对特定非匀速传动要求的非圆齿轮参数优化通用模型,在机构学中具有普遍意义;建立丝片成形几何形状计算模型,为基于螺旋卷绕运动的柔性物料成形技术研究提供借鉴。

英文摘要: The constant velocity winding that ensures the quality of silk sheet forming can’t realize in mechanism, and the traditional winding mechanism can't meet the high speed, large package silk reeling. Out of these problems, this project has proposed a new method to ensure the quality of silk sheet forming, that is to ensure there is a long time of constant winding angle and the ideal geometric feature of silk sheet forming. Besides, guided by this method, a novel higher-order deformed non-circular gears winding mechanism which is supposed to ensure the quality of silk sheet forming during the silk reeling process, has been put forward..The main contents of this project are as bellow. Establish the parametric optimization general mathematical model of higher-order deformed non-circular gears. Put forward the higher-order deformed non-circular gears winding mechanism and study its kinematics characteristics. Establish the calculation model of geometrical shape of silk sheet forming and the evaluation criteria of quality. Establish the optimization model and conduct parametric optimization by setting the assessment criteria and the requirements of structure size and drive characteristic of non-circular gears as the object and constraint condition respectively. Carry out experiment study of higher-order deformed non-circular gears winding mechanism. .This project will build a systematic study platform for the winding mechanism, which will provide the technological support for developing new-type silk reeling machine. Besides, the parametric optimization general mathematical model of non-circular gears for special non-uniform transmission requirements will be established, which has universal meaning in mechanism. The calculation model of geometrical shape of silk sheet forming will be also established, which will provide reference for flexible material forming technology based on spiral winding movement.
