中文摘要: 针对目前多杆式水稻钵苗移栽机构工作效率低、工作振动大等缺点,以及抛秧技术栽植水稻钵苗无法控制秧苗直立度等问题,本项目拟开展旋转式水稻钵苗移栽机构的工作机理与构型综合研究,提出一种新型的非匀速间歇传动齿轮机构和旋转式移栽机构,建立运动学模型,并建立移栽机构的设计理论与方法。针对旋转式移栽机构复杂的多目标多参数运动学优化问题,基于可视化开发平台,自主开发辅助分析与优化软件,研究人机交互优化与模糊优化相结合的参数优化方法,实现"非劣解"群的自动寻求。建立机构动力学模型,优化动力学特性,确定机构最佳参数组合。研究旋转式移栽机构三维参数化变形设计方法,进行动态仿真分析与虚拟试验。最后构建试验台,试验分析移栽臂取苗效果并确定相关设计参数,通过试验测试验证上述设计理论与方法的正确性和有效性。本项目的成功实施,将系统地建立旋转式移栽机构的设计理论与试验研究平台,为自主研发水稻钵苗栽植机提供理论与试验基础。

英文摘要: Aiming at the shortcomings that the multi-bar rice pot-seedling transplanting mechanism has low work efficiency and big working vibration, and the problem that the seedling-throwing technique used in planting rice pot-seedling can't control upright degree of seedlings, this project intends to carry out the study of the work principle and type synthesis of the rotary rice pot-seeding transplanting mechanism, to put forward a new type of non-uniform intermittent driving gear mechanism and rotary transplanting mechanism, and to build up the kinematics model and its corresponding design theory and method. Aiming at the complex multi-objective and multi-parameter kinematics optimization problem of the rotary transplanting mechanism, the aided analytical and optimal software based on visual developing platform will be developed independently. By combining the two parameter optimization methods of man-machine interactive optimization and fuzzy optimization, the automatic search of the non-inferior solution will be realized. Dynamics model will be established, dynamics characteristics will be optimized, and the optimal parameters combination will be determined.
