中文摘要: 实际分布参数工业过程,不仅难以获得精确的数学模型,还存在较多的系统约束,这为实现系统的优化控制增加了难度。预测控制具有对模型要求低,能处理约束的优点,但是其约束优化问题需要在线求解,随着系统结构复杂性的提高,计算量也随之增加。为保证控制系统的实时性,本项目针对分布参数系统,在分布式预测控制的框架下,通过分析控制源的空间影响度,将系统分解为多个相互关联的空间子系统,深入探讨分布参数系统融合分布式预测控制的理论与方法。基于有限位置的输入输出数据,研究融合局域空间影响度的时空建模方法;充分考虑子系统之间的信息交换和协调优化,研究融合空间信息的分布式预测控制器,提高系统的全局性能;建立分布式预测控制闭环系统的性能分析方法,研究系统的稳定性和鲁棒性,并以典型分布参数工业过程为例,开展实验研究,以期形成一种面向实际控制需要的、系统化的时空建模与优化控制理论方法。

英文摘要: It is difficult to obtain accurate mathematical models for practical distributed parameter industrial process, which brings more challenges to achieve good control performance under various existing system constraints. Although the advantages of predictive control conclude modeling with low requirements and its capacity of processing constraints, the objective function should be solved on line. This leads to the increasing computation with the complexity of system structure growing. The project aims to study the control theory for distributed parameter system to achieve real-timing in the framework of distributed predictive control. After analyzing the space influence graph of control source, the system is decomposed into multiple subsystems interacting with one another. On the basis of the input/output data from limited locations, spatiotemporal modeling method integrated with spatial influence graph is explored; with information exchange and intelligent coordination among subsystems fully considered, distributed predictive controller integrated with spatial information is studied to improve the whole performance of the system; the closed loop system analysis method of predictive control performance is proposed to analyze the stability and robustness of system.
