中文摘要: 研究掌握基于线控制动的汽车动力学控制的关键技术。以台架实验为主,辅之以计算机仿真分析,研究确定考虑响应速度、操纵稳定性与制动性(或加速性)等影响因素的基于线控制动系统的ABS制动、TCS制动与YSC制动控制规律、制动力矩增减速率算法以及发动机、变速器与线控制动之间的协调控制;改造已有线控制动软硬件在环实验台,开发满足实时数据采集、存储、在线开发与多ECU网络通讯的开发系统以及在线传感系统,研制满足驾驶员制动意图、ABS/TCS/YSC 制动对响应速度要求的线控制动电机执行器,升级开发面向基于线控制动的汽车动力学研究的动力学仿真软件,搭建由动力学仿真软件、在线传感系统、电机制动执行器、开发系统、控制器(或原型)组成的软硬件在环试验平台,完成系统试验匹配研究与评价。项目实施对掌握基于新一代汽车制动系统的车辆动力学控制的关键技术有重要意义。

英文摘要: The key techniques of vehicle dynamics control based on brake-by-wire will be researched. Using bench test and computer simulation, the brake control rules of ABS, TCS and YSC, the algorithms of brake torque increase and decrease, and the associated mechanism of engine, transmission and brake-by-wire will be determined, considering such factors as response velocity, handling and stability, and braking (or accelerating) performance. The development system will be developed to implement real-time data acquisition, memorizing, on-line debugging and multi-ECU communicating, and on-line sensor system. The brake-by-wire motors will be made to meet demands of driver's braking intention and response velocity. The vehicle dynamics simulation software will be upgraded for the research of vehicle dynamics control based on brake-by-wire. After that, the previous test bench will be reconstructed to be the hardware and software-in-the-loop bench, which comprises dynamics simulation software, on-line sensor system, motor braking actuator, and controller (or prototype). Finally, the test matching and evaluation of control system will be done. It is of great significance to master key techniques of the vehicle dynamics control based on new generation of automotive brake system to carry out the project.
