中文摘要: 本项目针对摩擦制动与电磁制动联合作用时汽车可能出现的行驶稳定性突变失稳现象,抽象为汽车摩擦制动与电磁制动的系统集成和系统综合控制及制动模式切换协调控制的科学问题,以轿车为研究对象探讨汽车摩擦制动与电磁制动的系统集成方法,建立摩擦制动与电磁制动联合作用时的车辆动力学模型,基于混杂动态系统理论描述汽车不同制动模式切换,建立摩擦制动与电磁制动联合作用制动模式切换控制的数学模型,研究摩擦制动与电磁制动联合作用时汽车行驶稳定性突变失稳的机理,研究摩擦制动与电磁制动的不同组合工作模式切换过程中的控制策略以及稳定性判据,探讨汽车摩擦制动与电磁制动集成系统协调控制机理与方法。项目研究对提高汽车制动稳定性和能量利用率、推进汽车摩擦制动与电磁制动系统集成产业化具有重要学术意义与工程应用价值。

英文摘要: Aiming at the phenomena of the driving stability loss of vehicle under the combined action of friction brake and electromagnetic brake,the modes change,coordinated control and system integration of electromagnetic brake and friction brake of vehicle are abstracted as scientific questions. A car is taken for object of study,system integration method of electromagnetic brake and friction brake of vehicle is explored,the dynamic model of vehicle under the combined action of friction brake and electromagnetic brake is established,based on the theory of hybrid system, mode-change of hybrid brake is analyzed,a mode-change model of friction brake and electromagnetic brake is established,the mechanism of the driving stability loss of vehicle under the combined action of friction brake and electromagnetic brake is studied,the stability criteria and control rules of mode-change of friction brake and electromagnetic brake are studied,the mechanism and method of coordinated control of electromagnetic brake and friction brake of vehicle are explored. The study is useful to improve the braking stability and energy utilization of vehicle ,and to develop integration system of electromagnetic brake and friction brake of vehicle.
