中文摘要: 在如今电子商务的大背景下,在线口碑的影响力是不容忽视的。本项目在申请人的前期研究基础上,拟进一步深入探讨在线口碑信息对消费者决策行为的影响过程。研究拟从启发式-系统式模型的视角出发,计划在几个问题上进行创新性的探索:(1)如何通过扩展该视角,探讨消费者因处理口碑信息而形成的各种认知?(2)如何通过扩展该视角,采用实证研究的手段探讨上述各种认知之间的关系和它们所受到的调节作用?(3)如何通过扩展该视角,考虑社会网络技术对在线口碑影响力机制所产生的作用?本课题研究将运用实证分析研究的方法,在我国互联网的环境下验证在线口碑对消费者决策行为影响的研究模型。该研究有利于提高企业分析和运用口碑信息的能力,帮助它们更好地制定有效的商业策略和提高竞争优势;同时也将进一步深化对国内电子商务背景下消费者决策行为的探讨。

英文摘要: Along with the prevalence of electronic commerce, it becomes critical to understand the influence of online reviews. Building upon prior research of the applicant, this study provides further investigation of how online reviews can affect consumers' behavior. Following the heuristic-systematic model perspective, we particularly shed light on three research problems: 1) how to extend the perspective for investigating the cognitive beliefs that consumers will develop during their information processing behavior on online reviews? 2) how to extend the perspective for analyzing the interrelationships among the cognitive beliefs and examining the moderating effects on them? 3) how to extend the perspective for considering the impacts of social network technology on the influence of online reviews. We will develop a research model to investigate the influence of online reviews on consumers' decision-making, and empirically examine it in the online context of China. We believe that this study can help organizations better analyze and use online reviews for improving business strategies and achieving competitive advantage. It is also expected that this study can provide important implications for research on consumer behavior under the context of Chinese electronic commerce.
