中文摘要: 针对目前常规尺寸工业领域中跨尺度、全方位、自动、非接触精密测量的应用需求,而现有测量手段与方法存在的不足和应用局限性,从传感单元架构、原理与方法层面提出新的解决思路。借鉴传统测量仪器的三轴结构模式,但突破其三轴正交的结构要求,并结合自适应调焦激光准直技术,提出并研究一种关节型全方位激光传感单元架构及其测量原理与方法。为满足跨尺度、全方位空间,非接触、自动、高精度坐标、尺寸和形貌测量需求提供新的理论支持和更为合理、有效的技术手段,并推动激光及光电测量技术的进一步广泛应用和迅速发展。

英文摘要: For the trans-scale, non-contact, automatic and omnidirectiol measurement in regular-size space and industrial applications, there are many deficiencies and application limitations for traditional measurement methods. On the basis of preliminary researches, novel solutions which cover the basic measurement platform architecture and principles of the 3D sensing measurement system (sensor) are proposed in the project. Reference to the three axes architecture of traditional equipments, a novel articulated laser sensing module is proposed combined with adaptive focusing technology of laser alignment, and the measurement principle is studied in detail. In the novel laser sensing module, there are also three axes, but they are non-orthogonal. The project will provide novel methods and effective techniques for the trans-scale, omnidirectiol, non-contact, automatic and accurate measurement of regular-scale objects in industrial applications, and promote the wide application and rapid development of the laser and photoelectric measurement techniques.
