中文摘要: 溶解性有机碳(DOC)是湿地土壤活性碳库的重要组成部分,其动态变化直接影响到湿地有机碳库的源汇功能和水体的净第一生产力。小兴安岭是我国寒区森林沼泽湿地的主要分布区,湿地排水造林是近年来小兴安岭湿地遭受的主要干扰方式。本项目通过野外观测和室内培养实验,研究小兴安岭森林沼泽湿地土壤DOC释放存留特征,明确影响其迁移转化的因素,定量研究湿地排干后生态系统DOC来源和归趋的变化,阐明DOC释放输出的基本规律及控制因素,揭示小兴安岭森林沼泽湿地系统碳输出对区域水体碳通量的影响及其产生的环境效应。开展此项研究,既可为评价人类活动影响下我国北方寒区森林沼泽湿地碳源汇功能转换提供参考,还可为深入探讨森林沼泽湿地土壤碳溶出对水环境的影响机理提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Dissolved organic carbon (DOC) as an important component of soil active carbon pool has direct influence on the source and sink function of wetland carbon pool and net primary productivity of aquatic ecosystem. Xiaoxing'an Mountains is the main forest wetland distribution area in northern China, and the natural wetland has been reclaimed or drained for forestry in recent years. A field observation and indoor simulating experiment were conducted to study the releasing and retention characteristics of DOC in wetland and reveals the influencing factors of DOC transferation and transformation in Xiaoxing' an Mountains. Through the quantitative study on the source and runoff of DOC after wetland drainage, export characteristics and its controlling factors, the effects of drained wetland carbon export on river carbon flux and its environmental impacts in Xiaoxing'an Mountains were illustrated. The study could not only provide reference on evaluating carbon source-sink transition of forest wetland in cold area of northern China, but also provide scientific basis for discussing mechanism effects of soil carbon dissollution of forest wetland on water environment.
