中文摘要: 生物结皮是当今干旱和半干旱地区受损土壤生态系统修复和荒漠化防治中重要的研究热点,藻类是生物结皮形成的先锋生物,而藻类分泌胞外聚合物是藻结皮形成的关键因素,并且具有广阔的多样的应用前景。该课题针对荒漠藻结皮中常见建群种和优势种,从光、营养、盐分等角度研究它们对胞外聚合物产率、结构、及粘附性、流变性等物理属性的影响,探讨结皮的结构和强度与胞外聚合物间的关系,并原位地从藻类生理生化响应角度分析它们对聚合物分泌的调控机理,发现光强和盐分是制约聚合物产生的关键条件,各藻种胞外聚合物产生的差异主要在于其原生境的不同。

英文摘要: Biological soil crust(BSC) is one of focuses of present soil ecosystem rehabiliation and desertification control of arid and semi-arid area,alga is pionner organism in the formation of the crust, and the extracellular polymers (EPSs) secreted by algae play very important role, and possess broad and variable application foreground. This project focued the common species and dominant species within BSC, studied the productivity, composition, structure, conglutination,flow character of the EPSs under different light intensity, nitrogen concentration and salinity, explored the relationship between fine structure of algal crusts and cohesion and EPSs, and found that light tensity and salt are the crucial factor to control EPSs produce, but the differences between species were mainly from their microhabitates.
