中文摘要: 粗糙集理论作为知识获取和数据挖掘的重要技术,模糊积分算子理论作为知识和信息融合的主要工具,其理论研究已相当深入了。但如何在知识、信息的获取和融合大背景下进行集成研究,尚未见到综合性结果。本项目拟在知识获取和融合大背景下,对粗糙集理论和模糊积分算子表示进行集成研究,表现为模糊分类器和融合系统的设计。从信息值(包含定量与定性赋值)不完备的语言偏序关系及其融合技术和设计出发,研究知识获取和融合的数学理论及应用模型包括研究可能涉及的变精度粗糙集模型和变精度概率粗糙集模型、区间值模糊信息系统和区间值模糊粗糙集模型、属性约简和知识发现、覆盖信息系统的知识约简、概率粗糙集模型及Bayes 决策、多目标属性决策中的TOPSIS 方法等问题;同时进行知识与信息融合的主要手段- - 模糊积分算子表示的研究,包括模糊数值函数、直觉模糊数值函数关于模糊测度的Choquet积分与计算方法、多目标群决策及评价模型的研究。

英文摘要: As an important technology of knowledge acquisition and data mining, and as a mainly tool of knowledge and information fusion, the rough theory and the fuzzy integral-operators theory have been studied deeply, respectively. But it has yet to see the comprehensive results that how to integrate research base on the information acquisition and registration. The project is planned to concentrate on the integration of the rough set theory and the representation of fuzzy integral operator in the context of knowledge acquisition and fusion, which are manifested as the design of fuzzy classifiers and fusion systems. Starting from the incomplete information value (including quantitative and qualitative assignment) linguistic preference relations and their fusion technologies and design, the mathematical theories and application models of knowledge acquisition and fusion are involved in many problems on the variable precision rough set model and variable precision probabilistic rough set model, the interval-valued fuzzy information system and interval-valued fuzzy rough set model, the attribute reduction and knowledge discovery, the knowledge reduction of covering information system, the probabilistic rough set model, the Bayes decision and TOPSIS methods in the multiple attribute decision-making and so on.
