中文摘要: 在空间监视和反导反卫等研究领域,以隐身技术、机动变轨、电子欺骗干扰、密集无源诱饵等为代表的先进对抗措施给雷达的跟踪带来一系列挑战。传统跟踪雷达正面临性能制约瓶颈。有效解决途径之一是将雷达信号处理和数据处理结合起来,研究其一体化技术。本项目以雷达窄带跟踪为主线,拟从"抗机动-抗干扰-反隐身"三个对抗侧面开展研究。针对空间高速大机动目标,采取非线性滤波器和变结构交互多模型相结合的方法,实现全程跟踪的一体化与自动化;针对空间电子对抗(ECM)环境,建立全新的电子欺骗条件下空间目标跟踪技术的理论框架,可在滤波级、关联级和航迹级对电假目标进行处理,实现跟踪与鉴别的一体化;针对空间微弱目标,利用其特有的运动学和属性特性,采用椭圆Hough变换等方法实现检测与跟踪的一体化。最后,研究新型雷达资源管理技术,闭环实现跟踪与鉴别的资源调度。预期研究成果将有助于改善现有对空探测雷达在复杂对抗环境下的自适应能力。

英文摘要: In the field of space surveillance and missile/satellite defense, many advanced countermeasures (e.g., radar stealth, orbit maneuver, electronic deception jamming, and release of multiple passive decoys etc.) are adopted. These countermeasures challenge the tracking performance of conventional surveillance radar and severely bottleneck the radar system performance. for solving this problem, one potential way is to integrate the radar signal and data processor resources. Based on radar narrowband tracking, this project will investigate this key issue via three counter-countermeasure aspects, i.e., anti-maneuvering, anti-jamming, and anti-stealth. For high-speed and large maneuvering space targets, we will combine nonlinear filters with Variable-Structure-Multiple-Model (VSMM) approach to solve the tracking conundrum and realize the atptive covering of whole trajectory. For space active decoys, we will establish a self-contained theoretical architecture for space object tracking in the presence of electronic deception jamming. This architecture can deal with active decoys in three layers, i.e., trajectory level, filtering level, and association level, this will make the data-processing system have the capabilty of integration of tracking and discrimination.
