中文摘要: 雷达目标微多普勒效应反映了目标的独特运动特征,为目标识别提供了重要特征信息,是近年来目标识别领域研究的一个热点;资源优化调度技术则是多功能相控阵雷达和认知雷达中的最为关键的技术之一。本项目将认知理论引入雷达目标微多普勒效应研究,开展基于资源优化调度的雷达目标微多普勒特征认知提取方法研究,通过突破资源优化调度条件下雷达目标微多普勒信号参数化表征、目标微多普勒特征提取、基于微多普勒特征的雷达资源优化调度等研究内容中的相关关键问题,建立雷达资源优化调度与目标微多普勒特征提取两者之间相辅相成的关系,拓展微多普勒理论的应用领域,发展认知雷达理论,提高雷达工作模式的灵活性和对目标的自适应能力,提升雷达对空间、空中目标的识别效能。本项目的开展及其预期研究结果对于提升我国空间攻防对抗能力、国土防空反导能力及战略预警能力都具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: The micro-Doppler (m-D) effect can be regarded as a unique movement signature of a radar object. It can provide important features information for the target identification and is a hotpot in the field of automatic target recognition in recent years. And the resource-optimal scheduling technique is one of the most critical techniques of the multifunction phased array radar and the cognitive radar. In the project, the cognitive theory is introduced into the researches on m-D effect and then the cognitive extraction methods of radar target's m-D features based on the resource-optimal scheduling will be developed. The complementary relationships between the radar resource-optimal scheduling and the m-D feature extraction can be established by breaking through some of key problems in the research contents, such as the parameterized expression of radar target's m-D signatures based on the resource-optimal scheduling, the extraction methods of m-D features and the methods of radar resource-optimal scheduling based on the m-D features. The purposes of the project are to extend the application areas of the m-D theory, to develop the cognitive radar theories and to improve the flexibility and adaptive-to-target ability of radar.
