中文摘要: 机载自由空间激光通信是实现未来超大容量空间通信的主要途径,高精度实时性的机载平台跟踪问题一直是其研究的难点问题之一。考虑到机载平台机动形式的多样性和环境的复杂性,用单一的模型很难准确描述机载平台的运动状态,因此需要采用多个实时变化的模型描述机载平台的运动状态,即变结构的多模型方法。机载平台的跟踪是一个典型的非线性跟踪问题,然而现有的跟踪理论大多假定跟踪系统是线性的,噪声服从高斯分布,然而实际情况并非如此,考虑变结构多模型中的各模型中采用粒子滤波理论。本项目拟从理论和实验两方面开展工作,借助工作站和并行处理系统,研究将多模型方法和粒子滤波相结合,构建跟踪理论框架,进一步探讨粒子滤波的并行处理结构,提高粒子滤波的运行效率,探索将模型的变结构、模型转移概率与模糊推理相结合解决模型集与测量空间的不确定性,最终通过实验验证上述理论,从而为解决机载通信平台的机动和非线性跟踪问题奠定基础。

英文摘要: Free space laser communication based on airborne platform is the primary means to achieve large capacity data transmission on the future, real time high precision tracking system for airborne platform has become already the one of the best difficult problem. Because of diversity of maneuvering forms and complexity of the space environment, it is impossible to accurately describe the movement of airborne platform with the simple model, in order to solve the tracking for all kinds of maneuvering forms, it is necessary to adopt variable structure multiple model (VSMM) methods for airborne platform tracking system. Considering the typical nonlinear problem in the tracking of the airborne platform, but most of the existing methods of tracking system are assumed to be linear and gaussian noise, which don't match with the actual situation,the particle filter can deal with nonlinear/non-Guassian problems,particle filtering theory is applied to the model of VSMM . This project is planed to carry out from two respects of theory and experiment, with the help of parallel processing computer system, the combination of VSMM and particle filtering theory is applied to build the framework of tracking theory, in order to decrease inherent complex and computational indensity, research focuses on the parallel processing architect
