中文摘要: 条斑紫菜是我国重要的经济海藻,其生活史包括单倍的叶状体阶段和双倍的丝状体阶段。叶状体和丝状体不仅形态结构不同,其生活环境也不同,叶状体生活于潮间带,随着潮水的涨落经历复水和失水等变化,而丝状体不能脱离海水生长。这些差异可能导致紫菜不同世代碳代谢的差异。本课题拟利用13C代谢流量分析方法绘制紫菜叶状体和丝状体的代谢流量图,对它们的碳代谢途径进行比较分析。研究结果可为揭示条斑紫菜不同世代固碳途径差异提供帮助。

英文摘要: Pyropia yezoensis is an important economic seaweed, whose life cycle consists of two generations, a macroscopic haploid foliate gametophyte and a microscopic diploid filamentous sporophyte. The gametophytes and sporophytes have differences not only in morphology, but also in living environments, the gametophytes live in the intertidal zone experiencing hydration and dehydration with the tide, while the sporophytes can not live without seawater. These differences may lead to differences in carbon metabolism pathway of different generations. We intend to use the 13C metabolic flux analysis methods to draw the metabolic flux map of gametophytes and sporophytes, and compare the flux map of gametophytes with that of sporophytes. The research results can help to reveal the differences in carbon fixation pathway of the different generations.
