中文摘要: 利用16S、23S rDNA基因和16S-23S rDNA基因间隔区的PCR-RFLP分子标记和序列分析方法,分析内蒙古及西部地区木本豆科植物共生根瘤菌和放线菌根植物共生弗兰克氏菌株的遗传多样性,进一步研究内蒙古及西部地区木本固氮树种共生固氮菌种群的遗传结构和分子进化,并筛选出不同地区的优势菌株,为下一步内蒙古地区固氮树种固氮菌剂的开发和利用奠定基础,从而充分发挥固氮菌-木本固氮树种的最大生态效益。这为实现内蒙古及西部地区植被的恢复与重建、荒漠化的治理等生态建设提供极其可贵的理论依据。同时将对实现内蒙古与西部地区生态环境的改善及经济繁荣与发展, 有重要的理论指导意义和潜在的应用价值。

英文摘要: PCR-RFLP molecular marker and sequence analyses of 16S, 23S rDNA genes and 16S-23S rDNA IGS, are employed to estimate the genetic diversity of Legumes-Rhizobia and Actinorhizal Plant-Frankia from root nodules in Inner Mongolia and Weatern region of China. Furthermore, to study their genetic structure and molecular evolution of nitrogen fixing bacteria symbiosis with trees, selection of dominant strains, and lay the foundation of the development and utilization of nitrogen fixing bacteria. Consequently, its value in forest ecology and agronomic potential will be brought fully into play.This will provide valuable theoretical basis for achievement of ecological construction in Inner Mongolia and western region, such as vegetation restoration and reconstruction, desertification governance and so on.At the same time, there are important theoretical significance and potential application value for the improvement of ecological environment and economy development and prosperity in Inner Mongolia and western region.
