中文摘要: 硝酸盐含量是评价蔬菜安全品质的重要指标之一,探索高效节能环保的控制方法对蔬菜生产、人类健康以及氮肥利用率均有重大意义。申请人前期研究发现,红光、蓝光和红蓝组合LED光照不仅可以提高不结球白菜品质,同时可以显著降低不结球白菜体内硝酸盐含量,但其机理尚不清楚。本研究将从吸收、分布以及代谢的角度研究红光、蓝光和红蓝组合LED光照下植物体内硝酸盐代谢的变化,探明不同LED光照条件下硝酸盐在不同器官以及不同光合器官中的转移规律,明确不同LED光照下不结球白菜中硝酸盐同化强度的变化特征;同时从植物碳氮代谢产物谷氨酸、谷氨酰胺、蔗糖和葡萄糖含量的变化,结合不结球白菜体内碳氮代谢关键酶(NR、GS、GOGAT、SS及SPS)的活性变化,同时分析硝酸盐代谢关键酶硝酸盐还原酶基因表达情况,探究不同LED光照对不结球白菜碳氮代谢强度及平衡方向的调控作用,明确碳氮代谢平衡方向变化的光照条件。

英文摘要: Nitrate content is one of the important indexes of vegetables quality safety, so to explore effective method of controlling the content of nitrate was significant on vegetable production, human health and the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer. Previous studies found that the red, blue and combination of red and blue LED light can improve the quality of non-heading Chinese cabbage,at the same time can significantly reduce the nitrate content. But its mechanism is unclear. This study will research the absorption, distribution and metabolism of nitrate in plant under red, blue and combination of red and blue LED light. The purpose was to prove metastasis rule of nitrate of different organs and different photosynthetic organs under different LED light, also to definite the assimilation intensity of nitrate of non-heading Chinese cabbage. At the same time, the study was to explore the metabolism and balance of carbon and nitrogen of non-heading Chinese cabbage under the different LED light, and the research mainly from the following three aspects: the changes of carbon and nitrogen metabolites, such as glutamic acid and glutamine, sucrose and glucose, and the key enzyme activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolism, and the analysis of gene expression of nitrate reductase which is the key enzyme in nitrate metabolic.
