中文摘要: :能源与环境问题是世界各国面临的重大问题,风力发电是目前可大规模开发利用的可再生能源形式之一,是解决能源和环境问题的有效途径。为了降低发电成本风电机组单机容量不断增加,风轮直径随之增大,叶片、传动系统和塔架柔性增加,机组所受到的载荷更加复杂和严峻。本项目以大型带增速箱并网型风电机组为研究对象,研究通过变桨和发电机转矩控制减小风电机组发电运行过程中动态载荷的控制策略,从而提高机组可靠性、延长机组使用寿命。具体内容包括:研究风电机组风轮和传动系统中非线性不确定因素作用及其导致的模型参数摄动规律;考虑非线性不确定因素作用,研究能够减小风电机组动态载荷的变桨和发电机转矩控制策略;构建基于专业风电机组动态仿真软件的风电机组控制系统半实物测试平台和控制策略对比测试方法。本项目重点研究风电机组模型中的非线性不确定因素作用规律,并解决风电机组动态载荷控制中参数摄动对控制的扰动问题。

英文摘要: The environment and energy problem is a key issue for all the government, wind energy is a kind of reproducible energy, which can be used in large scale. It is an effective solution for environment and energy problem. The capacity size of wind turbine become bigger and bigger, the rotor, drive train and tower become more and more flexible, which lead to the wind turbine dynamic load go into more and more complexity and grim. The large scale double feed wind turbine with gearbox is taken as the research object in this project, the goal of the research work is to reduce the dynamic load through special control strategy design, The research contents including the parameter perturbation which comes form uncertainty factor in wind turbine pitch and generator torque control, the advance control strategy of pitch and torque control which can reduce the dynamic load during wind turbine operation, control strategy verified through measurement on a wind turbine control system test bench. The key of research work of this project is to find the rules of uncertainty factor effect, solve the problem from the difficulty in building the rotor aero model and disturbance effect.
